Distinguished Disciple Dagger

Awarded to new Disciples that have excelled and distinguished themselves amongst their new brethren. These Disciples show strong Loyalty to the Brethren, a strong Faith in Carnage, and Formidability on the Battlefield. This medal is only awarded once.

Bone Bladed Rapier

Awarded to Disciples that have continued to excel and make their mark in the Brethren and against the enemies of the Brethren. These Disciples show great Loyalty to the Brotherhood, great Faith in Carnage, and great Formidability on the Battlefield. This medal is only awarded once.

Fanged Skull Scimitar

Awarded to long time Disciples that have shown excellence in perpetuating the  Eternal Doctrine of Carnage. These Disciples show extreme Loyalty to the  Brethren, extreme Faith in Carnage, and extreme Formidability on the Battlefield. This medal can be awarded multiple times.

Shadowed Scythe of Ka’Shator

Awarded to Eternal Disciples that have transcended the Eternal Doctrine of Carnage and taken it to a different level. These Disciples show Absolute Loyalty to the Brethren, Absolute Faith in Carnage, and Absolute Formidability on the Battlefield. The medal is named after the Acolyte, Ka’Shator. This medal can be awarded multiple times, but only to Disciples that are Hell Czar and above.

Red Skull of Carnage

Awarded to Disciples that put forth a great effort and show great talent in bringing in new members to the Brotherhood that turn out to be great Disciples. This medal can be awarded multiple times.

Black Cross of Carnage

Awarded to Disciples that achieve the milestone rank of Hell Deacon. The medal can be awarded a second time to Hell Deacons that continue to execute with passion and excellence the duties in their echelon.

Blackened Bone Cross of Carnage

Awarded to Disciples that execute with passion and excellence their duties as Hell Czar.  This medal can be awarded twice.  Upon a third recognition, promotion is given.

Blood Polished Ebony Cross of Carnage

Awarded to Disciples that execute with passion and excellence their duties as Hell Khan.  This medal can be awarded twice.  Upon a third recognition, promotion is given.

Blood Stained Onyx Cross of Carnage

Awarded to Disciples that execute with passion and excellence their duties as Hell Razer.  This medal can be awarded twice.  Upon a third recognition, promotion is given.

Blood Drenched Obsidian Cross of Carnage

Awarded to Disciples that execute with passion and excellence their duties as Hell Overlord. This can only be awarded to Hell Overlords by the Acolytes. It can be awarded 5 times. Upon a sixth recognition, Acolyte Apprenticeship is begun.

Dark Forged Reaper

Awarded to lance members after achieving multiple Lower-Order and Mid-Level Victories concentrated over a specific period of time. This medal can be awarded multiple times.

Ebony Bladed Reaver

Awarded to lance members after successfully completing multiple Black-Ops missions. This medal can be awarded multiple times.

Obsidian Razor

Awarded to lance members that achieved Victory under dire cir*****stances where it may have been thought impossible to still achieve Victory because of staggering odds. This medal can be awarded multiple times.

Blackened Iron Skull of Victory

Awarded to lance members that achieve a Transcendental Victory. It is the highest order Victory medal awarded. This medal can be awarded multiple times, but with each, the bar is raised to receive another.

Silvery War Ax of Glabrezu

Awarded to Disciples that show excellence in Intelligence gathering. The medal is named after the Acolyte, Glabrezu. This medal can be awarded multiple times, but with each the bar is raised to receive another.

Razing Sword of Gor’Nathal

Awarded to Disciples that bring about innovations in Mech Combinations. The medal is named after the Acolyte, Gor’Nathal. This medal can be awarded multiple times, but with each the bar is raised to receive another.

Blood Stained Sword of Ankheg

Awarded to Disciples that bring about great innovations in Tactics. The medal is  named after the Acolyte, Ankheg. This medal can be awarded multiple times, but with each the bar is raised to receive another.
